AI Mediation costs US$5.00 per person, one time, per mediation (plus any applicable tax). Both people pay: the person who starts the mediation (A) is charged at the start, and the person who joins (B) is charged on joining. Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. The AI begins only once both people have paid.
If the other person does not pay and join within 7 days of your payment, we automatically refund your $5 in full — you don't need to ask. The refund is issued through Paddle; it may take a few days to appear, and on live accounts it can be reviewed before it is returned.
Once both people have paid and the AI has begun, payments are non-refundable, except in the case of a genuine technical failure on our side. The following are not covered: dissatisfaction with the AI's responses, changing your mind, or the other person leaving after the mediation has started.
The 7-day no-show refund is automatic. For a technical failure on our side, use the in-app "request a refund" link or email support@beyondconsultancy.ae, including any transaction reference you have. We aim to respond within a few business days.
Refunds are issued through Paddle back to your original payment method. Any tax Paddle collected is handled by Paddle. We do not offer cash or credit alternatives.
Your statutory rights are preserved. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer-protection rights you may have under applicable local law.
